Daniell Development is a US-Based for-profit Corporation with its Subsidiary, Brightside Acquisitions Group LLC.  Both were specifically created to develop and acquire distressed real estate assets, and produce compelling risk adjusted returns for our investors through repositioning, sustainable capital structures, and improvement in operating performance.

Daniell Development provides consulting services to its investment clients and can assist with acquisitions, closing, asset management, operations,  and dispositions.  We currently are helping investment clients in purchasing luxury hotel assets in the US on their behalf while extending our banking relationships and the discounts available in the marketplace.  We also help to select the best operations and management team to insure both profitability and to take advantage of the huge potential of the current US marketplace.
