Daniell Development acquires assets in established metropolitan areas on a national basis. The company is typically an all cash buyer, and purchases assets which are substantially discounted due to economic distress or repossession by financial institutions. Daniell targets metropolitan areas with a population in excess of 100,000, with a diversified economy and a reasonable expectation of economic recovery. The company’s primary focus is hospitality, and is currently pursuing acquisitions through its subsidiary, the Brightside Alliance Fund.
