Sternlicht at it again with Viceroy
The bank is selling its mortgage on the Viceroy Anguilla to Barry Sternlicht’s Starwood Capital Group at a hefty discount, according to Anguillan Chief Minister Hubert Hughes and others familiar with the talks.
